Conte stays!

Juventus have confirmed that Antonio Conte will stay on as coach for the 2014-15 season.
The former Bianconeri midfielder has led the club to three consecutive Serie A titles but there had been mounting speculation that he was considering quitting the Turin club.
However, Juve confirmed on Monday evening that Conte is going nowhere after the coach held talks with the club hierarchy.
"Season 2014-15: coach Antonio Conte," - official twitter feed.
As is said Conte will now have loosed hands on transfer market, but the question is what sort of budget he will have to do that. Is there transfer assets or the club will have to sell some of the top players (most likely Pogba or Vidal). Let's hope this doesn't happen, because what good will we have with new signings if we sell our best players. We're waiting now for the summer to see what Conte and the board have in mind.

JUVENTUS aka 102 points!

Juventus celebrated its third straight Serie A title with a 3-0 home victory over Cagliari on Sunday to reach 102 points for the season, a record in Italy and in the major European leagues.
Conte’s side had already broken the Serie A points record but ensured it moved into triple figures by also becoming the first Italian side to win all its home games.

"It is an incredible and historic feat, which we have achieved all together," Conte said. "What the players, staff and club have done is something incredible. They have been extraordinarily special and I will never stop thanking them. "Sometimes you forget that victory is an exception, not normality. These lads have achieved something unique together: it will be difficult to repeat the 102 points. All future comparisons will be made with this squad."
Andrea Pirlo, Fernando Llorente and Claudio Marchisio scored in a party atmosphere at Juventus Stadium.
Juventus players posed for a team photo with their children before kickoff while the trophy presentation and an open-top bus parade took place after the match. Juventus clinched the title two weeks ago.

At the start of the second half a huge banner was unveiled bearing Conte’s face and the words "Without you we won’t go far … because you are the best and have Juve in your heart."
Conte, who has yet to commit his future to the club, was given a standing ovation when he emerged for the trophy presentation, moving his wife to tears.
Juventus was unable to parade the trophy around the pitch. As soon as the trophy was lifted, fans invaded the pitch — prompting players, their families and coaching staff to run to the dressing room. But the parade was on Torino streets until late in the night.

Juve set to sign Lulic! Why?

The Bianconeri have been linked with a move for the 28-year-old Bosnian over the past few months and recent weeks have only seen that speculation increase.
Bosnian website Sport.ba are running the line, though, that a simpler cash deal of €15m for the full-back has now been agreed and that the player will even be in Turin on Monday to undergo medical tests before committing to a four-year contract paying €2m a season.
The Gazzetta dello Sport, however, report that Lulic’s subsequently expected delay in joining up with the rest of his international teammates for their World Cup training preparations sits in contrast with Coach Safet Susic’s request to actually have the Serie A-based members of his squad released early.
The pink paper also reiterates its belief that Lazio and Juve are still in talks over a possible cash-plus-player deal, with the Aquile showing interest in four of the Old Lady’s stock - Fabio Quagliarella, Mauricio Isla, Angelo Ogbonna and Sebastian Giovinco.

I think €15m for Lulic is way too much, Lichsteiner was €12m. Maybe with some swap + money.
But by me, I don't even know why we would buy Lulic. He is something between left back and left winger, which is a player for our current 3-5-2 formation and Conte for two years is talking that he don't have players for other formation. So why do we need Lulic?

This time Guarin definitŠµly says goodbye to Inter. Still wants Juve move!

Inter and Guarin relationship is over. This time it seems to be final. And he still wants Juve move and Juve may want him as well. The price should not be very high, so why not.

DECISIONS!

As we know these days are very intense at Juve, Conte future is in questions. The board headed with Agnelli and Marotta says that the priority is to keep Conte, but it seems that they will have to put some money on the table for new signings (top signings).
My opionion is that Conte maybe has the right to call for the money, but he is not right to do it in public. It the club can't allow that and it comes to Conte resigning, that has to be in polite way, without making it about money or anything that disrupts Juve reputation (that was very hard earned back after 2006).
As for Conte, my wish is that he will stay, because he is true Juventino and has done (for me) great work here, although it has been hard for Juve in the Champions League, but making a result there is not that easy and there needs to be more than just good team and coach, not that Conte doesn't have fault for that, but it's not just about him.
If he leaves, we see there are many names related to fill his spot. I rule out names like Klopp and Simeone, couse I think Italy is not atractive for top class managers (excep italian managers). Alegri, Mancini does not have the quality, Spalletti maybe is better but still not. Only options that i like from the speculations are Prandelli and Montella. Prandelli os good manager and is fan of Juve and Montella is I think the most perspective manager in Italy.
But first let see if Agnelli and Marotta can manage to make Conte stay, which is the best option for Juventus.

Back in the game!

After some time (long time), I decided to renew this blog and to continue with posts, this time much frequently and my plan is not to post only Juve related news, but soccer news in general.
It's end of the season so there will not be to much time to have posts about Juve matches, so most of all will be transfer speculations, these days will be decided about Conte's future at Juve so I will have something about that, we'll talk about performances of our players at the World Cup and other things.

See you in the next post, FORZA JUVE!
